Europe Environnement is Europe's largest designer and manufacturer of odour treatment products. The company is actively involved with l'Ecole des Mines d'Ales Engineering School in France and together they are carrying out applied research in partnership with A.S.E.M.E (Departmental Agency for the Environment and Harnessing Energy).

Gas Scrubbers
This system involves solubilising a gaseous pollutant in a liquid. The liquid can be either water or water with reagents or solvents. There is a variety of Gas Scrubbers available according to the application.

Bio-filtration
Increasingly the preferred option for removing odours, this biological treatment involves using bacteria to degrade the gaseous pollutants. Europe Environnement has developed a new media type SBRM", an innovative patented solution.

Activated Carbon Adsorption
Filtration by an adsorber involves trapping the gaseous pollutants on the surface of a porous solid. This technology can also be used to polish the outlets from a range of systems so that the low outlet levels typical of carbon systems can be provided with reduced running costs.
