The
use of our proprietary Jetflo and Purflo systems has been used on many
sites. Jetflo giving a high ratio mixing solution, ensuring noxious
gases are diluted and dispersed and Purflo giving fresh clean air at
operator level and pushing hot and dirty air to high level where it can
be removed and heat recovered.
A
whole range of other solutions are supplied in a full range of metal
and plastic. Depending on the type of gases within a space and the use
of the system, materials as diverse as galvanised sheet metal,
aluminium, stainless steel and PVC, HDPE and GRP wrapped PVC are
supplied.
Precise control of
ventilation within sewage and waste treatment works is crucial to
ensure the health and safety of the operatives, to protect the outside
environment from the release of odours, reduce condensation and protect
equipment. Air Technology provides a range of systems to ensure these
targets are achieved. Local exhaust ventilation together with high and
low level general ventilation will reduce air volumes as will the use
of Air Technology’s proprietary systems. The re-use of air from ‘clean’
or low odour areas to high odorous areas can also be essential. This
can also have the benefit of recovering heat from such areas as MCC
rooms and aeration blowers, and can reduce condensation within primary
and secondary treatment areas.
Air
differential pressures can be critical throughout the plant and
therefore supply ventilation can be as important as the exhaust
ventilation. Supply ventilation can also ensure that any pockets of
noxious gas are thoroughly mixed and that all gases are dissipated and
extracted under control. Providing high efficiency ventilation is
fundamental to our design.
Our
reputation for providing a high quality service, well engineered
systems and delivered within an efficient project management structure
is reflected in the repeat business we enjoy from our extensive and
growing client base. < Back |
